  The staff are more interested in charging their cell than helping the 10+ in the queue.

  Had a reservation and they had no cars. After 20-30 minutes in line they Told me would not give me a car because other customers had reservations. No manager available to help. Would not recommend. I asked them why they didn’t call me and advised we don’t have time to do that. Go to airport.

  Dont bother calling this place, they are literally waching tv instead of answearing phone. Some one needs to change this. This is sad. Way Understaffed.

  Insanity as usual here. The branch manager doesn't know how to staff up properly. It's always jammed packed when you come here.

  NO cars ... Seriously.. staff were great . But no vehicles for anyone that had them booked and paid for... Hertz management need to sort this out .. always the same .. take out money but don't provide the service.. front line employees left to deal with angry customers. The staff , I reiterate , were brilliant
