::Made reservations online to be picked up at the Marriott location. They didn’t have the car that we reserved for in our reservations and they had no compensation. They tried to sell us a cheaper car or to go out of our way and check at another hertz location but there was no guarantee they could transfer the reservation. It was at our “discretion”. And we would have to pay for that locations fees. Very inconvenient on our first day of vacation. We just drove over to enterprise and they had a car there for us. We were in and out within a few minutes with no issues!

::I was able to get an amazing deal with Hertz through my employer's website. I rented a "Toyota Corolla" or similar from Thursday to Saturday through their online website. At the time of the online reservation I opted in for them to pick me up from my personal address and have them take me to their Hertz location. The day of pick up unfortunately I knew I was going to be late, so I gave them a call and luckily they said it wasn't a problem. Since I was running late, I had to drive in to pick up the car. The check in process was quick and easy. I was able to pay beforehand, so the check in process itself took about five minutes. Luckily the employee wasn't pushy at all with any of the upgrades. Once we were escorted to the car, the employee took some photos and handed me the keys. The car itself had some small damage already, but luckily all of the dents and marks were already marked. The car had a very dense cigarette smell. As much as I tried to ventilate the car, the smell would just not leave. Besides the odor, the car was in great driving conditions. We opted in for unlimited miles that way we could drive up to San Jose. At the time return, the employee made the process very easy. I was in and out within five minutes.

::Trying to locate where to go for car pick up, was crazy. Asked 3 people and not a clue. Were to park... was another issue. After finally parking in level 4 and getting back to level 1 hertz. Arrived early only to wait 30 mins to check in. Only 1 attendant, long line of maybe 10 parties of pick ups. Other than that.... everything was great. Just will not rent from that location again
