::The 3 star rating of this location made me wary of the service but it was the exact opposite when I visited it. Dustin was the representative and he made the process smooth and enjoyable with his cool and kind demeanor. Good place to rent a car.

::Very rude staff. shocked at their behavior. Scheduled a pick up at 5:30PM, called them and said i'll be late by 2 minutes but the lady was very rude and said 5:30 we close. I rush with a friend and reached at 5:30 sharp and ran towards the entrance and this is where i saw something HORRIFIC - THE LADY AND THE GUY WHO WERE AT THE LOCATION AT THIS TIME, SAW ME COMING AND THEY LITERALLY (NOT FIGURATIVELY) RAN OUT OF THE DOOR TRYING TO HIDE AND GOT INTO THEIR CAR AND TRIED TO ESCAPE, I QUICKLY CAME TO THEIR CAR (NOTE, IT WAS ONLY 5:31 AT THIS POINT) AND REQUESTED THEM THAT I HAD A BOOKING, BUT THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE TO RESPOND. THE LADY JUST ROLLED UP HER WINDOW AND ZOOMED AWAY (ALMOST RUNNING OVER MY FRIEND IN THE PROCESS) - THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. i was technically late by a few seconds, but do i deserve this kind of treatment? never going to rent from Hertz again

::The staff wasn't very friendly upon us first picking up the vehicle in addition to when we called for a receipt; however, they were able to get us a vehicle without a reservation. Upon getting the vehicle, we were told we would be able to return the car early and not be billed the remaining days of the reservation. We ended up only needing the vehicle for 9/11 days we reserved, and I called on Saturday morning about an hour before our location closed, and I was told that we could drop off the rental car Sunday evening (2 days before we had planned) and not be billed the remaining days as long as the date-of-return and miles were filled out on the sheet they handed us when we picked up the vehicle. So we did this and were still billed for 11 days. I called to get this fixed once receiving the receipt, and I was told that there was nothing they could do about this since it was returned when they were closed, and that the man I spoke with on Saturday has no recollection of telling me this. So we ended up paying for the vehicle when we didn't even have it in our possession.
