::Unfortunately my son was rear ended and we had to rent a car last minute. Our insurance booked the rental for us while I was at Caliber Collision. Hertz sent a driver over to bring me to their office. It was a little bit of a wait, but the driver explained that it was an extremely busy Monday with a lot of people getting repairs done. Which I can understand especially since Sundays most places are closed or are operating on limited hours. Once I was there, the lady was able to pull up my information rather quickly, explained that they didn't have any cars left only trucks... which was fine as I said this was last minute, and the reservation had been literally been made minutes before I arrived. They washed and got a truck ready for me and off I drove. Dropping the vehicle off was just as simple. Would definitely recommend renting from here.

::Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called in to inquire about renting a car and the lady answering shushes me out with a "What do want. I'm busy right now. Call back later." We call again later to ask once more, and this she replies "Yes just come in." Later went in, in person and she is happily sitting there doing whatever she's doing and just ignores our presence. We step in front of her to get her attention and she seemingly doesn't even consider helping us. She then tells us to sit down as the phone rings and we do. Then she answers the phone quickly answers and puts them on hold. The phone rings a second time, and the does it again. THEN she gets a personal call and answer that, has a great 10minute conversation with her "Honey" before another employee comes in and FINALLY helps us. Truly horrid customer service. 1 star for the other employee

::I had a reservation and called at 4 pm for a pick up. They said they would contact me because it was busy. No problem. I waited four hours and no one got in touch with me. Youβre closed, and I missed school. Itβs not done. I had a reservation. I could have made other arrangements.

::Super friendly staff and a very smooth transaction. When I picked up and returned my car I had the same lady. She was super nice ad helpful I didn't think to ask got her name. I would suggest this location as I was in and out quickly both times.
