  They called me to see if the van I rented was actually what I needed. They had a shortage for multiple branches, so they offered me a SUV's instead. I declined, have older family members who have trouble getting in and out of SUV's. They had no problem accommodating me, they apologized profusely even though it only moved my reservation back by an hour. The van itself was clean, and top of the line, a 2018 model. I'll be travelling to DC from NY and hopefully it should be a great trip. Sheena (spelling?) was great and took care of everything.
