  I had a great experience. I definitely would like to give an amazing shoutout to Cassandra that helped me through the whole entire process. Cassandra customer service skills was outstanding. I will also choose this location in Hoboken because the customer service was amazing. Great experience so this location gets 5 Stars from me.   Great customer service, the car i was given was beautiful, brand new. Picking up and dropping off was a breeze. Would definitely rent from here again. Thank you !

  I reserved for Hyundai Santa Fe but the car wasn't available.Instead I took Kia Grand Sedona which they offered as options. The car was in good condition. Service was great and easy. I would rent from them again next time I visit Jersey.

  I rented a Kia Soul from this Hertz. The first day of our trip, we got a flat tire. We had it replaced and paid the expense. Upon return, and without their insurance (we have our own), the manager of the facility was so helpful and sweet. He reimbursed us for the tire plus gave us a $35 dollar credit as well for the inconvenience. I thought it was unlikely that we'd be reimbursed without having taken their insurance. It was very kind of them. Will definitely rent here again!

  My husband and I are Hertz Gold members and regularly rent from Hertz around the country and internationally, as they have great pricing and loyalty perks. Hertz Hoboken is our local rental car provider and I would like to endorse Jack for his exemplary customer service. His professional and friendly demeanor and ability to quickly and helpfully respond to the questions I had about our rental agreement and final bill made him a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Hertz.
