  I recently tried Hertz opposed to my favorite rental car facility and was pleasantly suspired with the service, price, and flexibility. Fort Lee NJ location is stellar

  Rating is 3.5 but that's bc of their hours and lack of vehicles during peak times. Staff wise its 4.5 star and they are very nice , but getting hold of them is tough bc they r so busy.

  WARNING! they are trying to make me pay for damages that i know have nothing to do with me (seems to be common practice)
