  AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service I called when the tire exploded. And when I called Frankie B told me one thing and the Jessica told me another. Therefor I got know where with them all they did was try and add on more charges to my bill for something I had nothing to do with. So, I had the tire inspected a full report from discount tire. Where they explained me to that the tire had no treed left and it was on its last leg. “I drove that can with my BABY in it” I rented the car due to my car being in shop and needing a car for the weekend but is was a disaster causing me a large inconvenience. Jessica was very unhelpful and did not say a word to me getting know where when I dropped of the car. I soon called the customer services line. Where they finally helped me and reimbursed the expenses for the tire by taken off a day of my rental. Overall this location is awful and very unprofessional.

  No one answers the phone, so it is impossible to book a pickup. I have been calling for 40 minutes- no answer. Now the line has been busy for the past 20. What's the point?

  Frankie was very attentive, had great customer service, and made sure I was taken care of from the moment i walked in!!! I am definitely going to come back to hertz for all my rentals in the future ! Best experience! I would highly recommend them to friends and family 😊

  Absolutely awful experience! First thing that happened was one of their employees yelling at the man who was helping me because he went to check on the status of the oil changes since I had been waiting nearly an hour and was going to miss a doctor's appointment. When he refused to listen to her, his co-worker decided to call his boss and tell them "will you tell N/A that he needs to stay in his chair? I told him not to leave the office and he is going to check on the status of pills changes! He doesn't need to do that" and got him in trouble since he was wanting to offer good customer service to give me an idea of a time frame so I knew if I needed to cancel and reschedule my chiropractor appointment, I was in a car accidents last Friday and this is who my insurance sent me to. After that, I left and after having the car 24 hours, the check engine light came on so I returned that vehicle. After having the second vehicle for less than 20 miles and 5 hours, the tire light along with maintenance required pops up on the new one. I called them and asked them what the suggested and their response was "those are two different lights and the maintenance one needs to be reset. The tire one, well they we did a walk through and it was fine. So if it isn't the tire pressure and their is an issue you have to pay for it" even though I gave them a $50 deductable for this type of situation. I decided to return the vehicle because of all this, and since then two more issues happened. The first was while returning it to Hertz, another woman stopped in to switch out her vehicle because her check engine light came on as well. Then when I tried getting my new reservation with Enterprise, my insurance tells me that Hertz hasn't returned the vehicle because on top of everything else the check engine light came on AFTER I returned the vehicle to them. So now I am stuck without a car because they are deciding if I'm at fault for this after having the vehicle in that short of time.
