::I would give 0 stars if I could. We booked a 2 week stay and I ended up having to get an emergency surgery. We were told they couldn’t give us a refund because of their “strict” no refund policy on our reservation. I was absolutely mind blown to be treated with such poor customer service was shocking. Every time we went in to speak to the manager they never seem to be in or we had just missed them. Overall hotel was average, lots of homeless people around the area though and they clearly care more about money than their customers. Take your business elsewhere.

::This is the 3rd hotel I stayed at in the past 4 days and how lucky was I to be greeted by Giselle Keller. If your visit starts with meeting her at check in you’re going to have an amazing stay. The room was clean and I love the mirror in the bathroom and all the lighting in the room . I’m so glad I stayed with my first choice that area. Easy commute to everywhere

::Really nice hotel! Friendly staff, easy check in! The room is really clean, nice bathroom mirror has a ring light built in. Perfect for selfies! Tons of channels on the TV. Ambient lights throughout room to accommodate whatever mood u are in! Definitely will come back!

::The stay was excellent. The place itself is small but enough room for that comfortable King sized bed. What my girl liked the most was the modernised bathroom. The mirror facilitated her make up routine! Great place to spend the night! I would recommend.

::Checked in early evening; the front desk was very lovely and welcoming, offering champagne/water upon arrival. Room well maintained and decorated tastefully. There was an interesting choice of light fixtures/placements vs the switches they were attached to, but more of a novelty than an annoyance. Wifi included with stay, but the Television in the room didn't have any signal or access to channels. Not a deal breaker, but I personally like some soft, televised sounds to dampen the noise of the neighbors. You can hear foot steps walking, showers turning on, doors opening and shutting, as well as the soft murmurs of conversation from the guests next door. I'm not mad at other guest for staying at the hotel and living their lives, but if the sweet sounds of silence are what you are looking for, this stay is not for you. The beds are inviting, but way too soft for my frame, and the pillows are very large, so the body sinks down while the head is craned up; I ended up using one of the large pillows to fill the void beneath me, but that only solved one of my issues. (My mistake for forgetting bringing my own pillow.) There was a strange buzz that we kept hearing through the evening. I'm not sure if it came from the AC/heat unit, or the vibration of a neighbor's cell phone. But it happened at just enough oddly timed intervals to be a nuisance. We just needed a place to stay from a long drive to a Quince. It's fabulously located next to the freeway, 7-11, gas station and metro station. There is a taco shop across the street that looked like they served good food, but we didn't have a chance to try it because by 3:30am we were woken up by some people outside causing a ruckus. The buzzing never stopped and I was never able to truly get comfortable. The stay comes with a complimentary continental breakfast in what appeared to be a cute breakfast nook, but I can only tell you what it looked like because we packed up our things and went to drop off our keys at 5am. The young women at the desk could not have been less interested in our existence, but they have a box to drop room keys off, so she didn't need to task herself with looking away from her desk monitor when we said thank you, but her voice did acknowledge us with a 'you're welcome' so it wasn't a completely awkward moment. In all, it's centrally located with clean accommodations; wifi and parking included. Bring your earplugs/earbuds, your own pillow, and your own form of media and you're probably in for a good time.
