  Been here in Omaha for a few times over the last few months. This place has been a friendly go to spot. John always knows the face and has a laugh. Good friendly vibe.

  Loved this place!! Didn’t care for the waitress (short red hair w/glasses) didn’t even crack a smile or seemed to care, or maybe she was overwhelmed? The manager or maybe was the owner ? ...stepped in at the end and went above and beyond for us. The atmosphere was great, not to mention the food! I will be back for sure !

  The treatment that my wife and friends received here was appalling. Rude waitress, food taking over an hour, and owner only offering to comp drinks after they spoke up. Will never return, and hope no one else does as well.

  We went here last Sunday to have dinner. We tried two different entrees and had the gumbo and cornbread. After we had dessert and a drink. All the food and drinks were fabulous and tasted amazing! Our waiter Matthew was very helpful. He gave great service and he was able to help us know what to order and could tell us exactly what each thing was. Very helpful! We definitely will return.

  The service is fantastic, the atmosphere is homey, and the food is always delicious. It's the smaller spaces and kitchens that a lot of the times churn out the best tasting food. I've gone in enough with friends and family that they know me well by now, but they always are gracious hosts and most polite, and go above and beyond to ensure every time is amazing. I'm glad for Ron Samuelson and his family and business, and thankful that they've opened up another restaurant that Omaha will forever love!
