  Very customer service oriented. Turned out nothing was wrong with my tire, and they didn't charge me.

  I tried Kulle based on a Google search. My experience was VERY GOOD. Turnaround time was about 25-30 minutes--and that included hearing Tom's fishing exploits. I returned a few days later to buy tires for my wife's car, and the turnaround was even faster! Although Kulle does not reserve time slots, the quickness of his workers allows for short waits even if someone else is ahead of you. THE PRICES WERE SERIOUSLY BETTER THAN ANY OTHER OUTLET I LOOKED INTO--including Costco. I did have trouble finding the shop the first time: note that the entrance is from an alleyway at the side of the building. I gather that the ownership/management changed hands recently. But it seems that they are trying to retain the positive business practices and culture that appealed to customers for decades. Note: no credit cards accepted.
