  I ordered beautiful earrings online, and they were shipped quickly and discreetly. They came meticulously gift-wrapped, and someone from Henne contacted me upon delivery to ensure that delivery occurred without incident. Henne does business with integrity, and is deserving of the trust it has earned.

  I bought an engagement ring from Henne. They are the best. Debbie explained everything I didn't know about gem quality and sizing, and helped me find a design that I liked. She then had it customized to fit my budget. Very helpful, excellent service.

  Finding myself in the position to buy my first new Rolex watch had me doing a great deal of research and shopping in the Western PA area. I wished I had started with Henne Jewelers and I could have saved myself a great deal of time. I dealt with Nina and she was fantastic to deal with but the rest of the team was equally helpful , friendly , and welcoming. The selection of fine time pieces was exceptional and their willingness to spend time with a first time buyer was refreshing. I felt welcome and comfortable at their store. I can definitely say that Henne Jewelers will always be my first stop for any jewelry purchases.

  I have been a Henne customer for many years. I trust them to be honest and fair in their dealings with me, and I assume, all their customers. They have always been straightforward when discussing the quality of their products and they've always offered options for what I can purchase in my desired price range. Both John Henne and William have helped me and they have both been knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and gracious. I have never felt pressured. William is my "go to" person right now and I always enjoy interacting with him. I would, and do, recommend Henne to anyone looking for a trustworthy, customer focused, high quality jeweler.
