  Dru and Richard at Hendrix Motors are fast, efficient, and accurate to say nothing of personable and entertaining. And if you are a dog lover, you are in for a treat when you meet Max the Mastiff. A convenient location of you live or work in NW Portland. Onlt two blocks from busses and the streetcar.

  Make this your every time place. Last week I went in for an oil change and got help with tires, making sure mine were OK - just because these guys are so good and really care.

  Stalker Alert!!! The owner of this repair shop is psychotic. He will use your personal information that the business obtains and send you unsolicited text messages for hours and hours. Dru is the name of the loser that has been texting me with the idea that he is texting my girlfriend. From reading the other reviews it sounds like he does this to any woman that comes into their shop. Do not give your business to this creep.

  I called for a quote over the phone and the person who answered my call explained that they don't do quotes over the phone. I understood this and why they don't do that, but before I could ask any clarifying questions he hung up on me. There are lots of other shops in the area with better service - will keep looking around.
