::Wonderful chicken, good prices. Love the pickels, jalapenos and sliced carrots on the side. Be sure to ask for the "special seasoning" on your chicken. Oh, and if you like chicken livers, you will love theirs! Be prepared to wait a little since they are cooked to order!

::I am in love with these Chicken Tenders here, also the service was great. Called my order in and when I came to pick it up I was out in less than 5 minutes. Great Job you guys!

::Horrible customer service, On 12/12/2017 I showed up to order some food at 11:10am, and the place was still closed. Waited outside in my car for them to open never did, at least not while I was waiting, so I had to settle for William's. Today 12/13/2017 I showed up at 11:05am and this old lady "RUDELY" tells me: "Excuse me, we're not ready and he was first" (pointing to one other customer besides me), so obviously I'm second. However, not even 30 seconds past by and about 8 people walk in and form a line by the register, and I ended up being number 8 and the other one customer was 4th, and the old lady never said a word about the people who were there first. Needless to say I left pissed off. I needed to order food for my colleagues at work and again had to settle for William's. I grew up on Henderson Chicken as a kid, hell I didn't know there was one around the corner from my office. I'm so disappointed with the staff on Grand Plaza Henderson Chicken, I say fire them and hire new professional people to operate the business. Also, this is not the first time this has happened apparently, other customers were outside speaking ill about the restaurant as well. Please do something about this Henderson Chicken, we want to make you some money and eat great food.
