  I had recently went to do a drug drop , the people are VERY RUDE They don’t attend you I was wondering around for about 10 minutes finding a staff member to help me THEY WERE ALL AT THEIR DESKS didn’t help me NOT ONCE finally the person that had to take me in Cosme out to find me outside since I couldn’t even check in and let her know I was there , again cause the staff was ignoring me the whole time . Here is there where they really F***** up i took my drug drop next thing you know I get a call today saying the “accidently threw it away” HOW DO YOU THROW AWAY A CUP WITH URINE AND MY NAME ON IT LADY HOW ! Mind you I’m not the only person that went in for a drug drop these people are unprofessional , rude and DISRESPECTFUL.

  Rhonda Smith takes care of my aunt let me correct that she’s supposed to be caring for my aunt instead she’s taking advantage of her stealing money off her card she’s signing documents that’s she’s not supposed to be signing good thing i took time off work see you soon Rhonda smith & Chicago Illinois

  The supervisors are really rude sometimes they get mad when you don't take a client like you have to take the case by force and every time I call the receptionist they hang up my calls or they are rude worst place to work at

  Well I have no problem with the homemaker. She be on time and she do a good job.

  My mother needs a lot of help with laundry and house keeping. She is wheelchair bound and has urinary incontinence. The woman they assigned to her( in Moline IL office) is slow as mallassus, has a bum shoulder (not allowing her to lift her arm higher than chin level) and a hand that she can barely make a fist with.. due to an injury/nerve damage. She never empties out my Mother's adult briefs garbage disposal can. She recently needed to provide her kidney doctor with a urine sample. When asked to help put a urine hat on the toilet for my mom and assist with collecting the sample. She told my mom that she didn't know how to put the hat in the toilet. I called to complain to her boss. And was told "they don't do anything medical". Please explain to me how assisting someone with this is a medical procedure. And further more, her helper helps her in the bathroom all the time...even assists her with bathing. How is collecting a urine sample so much different???? I am very unhappy.
