  The absolute worst customer service, their own salespeople don’t know part numbers. If you can avoid this company and shop somewhere else do yourselves a favor and do so. The women in the office are nasty and incompetent. Couldn’t believe how rude and unhelpful! I lost my patience!

  The customer service for this business is atrocious! First I e-mailed them about part availability and I got a four word response back in what seemed like broken English. I then ordered the part and printed my invoice only to find out later that I was charged more for shipping. Upon contact I was told that I had checked a box that said I would pay additionally whatever the shipping costs were. So a 53 dollar part quickly became 66 dollars. They could potentially charge your card whatever they wanted! Just be careful with this company and watch the charges on your accounts.
