  3 years ago the fan in the air handler sized. It was replaced unit worked okay for a while. Then unit wasn't keeping house to temperature. Tech came back 3 times put dye in to check for leaks and added r410a in an r22 system and that is a no no. Tech told me there is no r22 around and put in r10a that really messed up my system. I have to replace my ac and wonder if I have any legal recourse because I wound up paying them $1500.00 to them for them to ruin the ac. You really screwed us!

  Please be very careful when working with this company. They are not honest and overcharge people!! Do your homework, ask questions, be diligent, if you must work with them.

  I see nothing but negative reviews and feel they deserve more than that. While I understand not everyone is as personable as we all wish, these are VERY qualified/knowledgeable/experienced people. I purchased and hired Heckeroth to install a generator. It was an 8 hr project and was one of the coldest days of the year. They carried on with no complaints! They were very informative as I had many questions along the way being a new home owner. My only suggestion folks is to do your homework. They may not be the most inexpensive, but you know the old saying “you get what you pay for” and they stand behind their work. A silly mistake easily rectified made them have to return at midnight, which they did at no charge. In the end they cleaned up after themselves and left my home as it was when they arrived. Kudos on the “Heckeroth” sweatshirts, I noticed they all had one on.
