::If I could give it a zero I would. First of all horrible service never take your children here if u dont want them to be safe. I took my daughter for a appointment it took them 2/1 hour's to get my daughter in the room to work on her teeth. Once she got in she started crying not wanting me to leave but they said I could not be in the room. And they tie your child on a table hands,legs and arms after 1/2 hours she finally got out while I was leaving she was telling me that a lady choked her with glue! I cannot believe they did that after that my daughter . Shewas traumatized and almost crys everyday because she's scared please fix your denist I'm never coming again. I hope this shuts down ASAP.

::I have been here twice. The 1st experience I had to wait 2hrs AFTER my son's appointment time to be seen. They put the laughing gas on my son which they did not tell me or let me know, until they had him strapped in the chair ready to go. Before the guy opened the nozzle I asked what he was doing. He THEN informed me and said the front receptionist should have told me. Then had me sign a waiver. I asked if i could stay in the room and the dentist told me no. She doesn't like other people in the room, which i said fine I will be waiting right outside the door and looking through the window. When I went to pay my copay which is only $20, the receptionist told me I have to pay $80, for the service. Which was not including a new patient fee. So I would have to pay $105. I said no my copay is only $20 and I called my insurance. The insurance said it is only the $20 and for the dentist to call them. So I'm guessing they tried to pocket more money. The 2nd time I went, they took my son right in, then scheduled for "treatment". The day I went in for my sons treatment, (which would be the 3rd time)the moment I got there, the receptionist told me they had to reschedule because the dentist was having issues with a patient, refused to see other patients, and locked herself in the back until the problematic patient left. I did not get a notification, call, text, email, etc before this happening. When I arrived other patients in the waiting room said they have been waiting for 3-4 hours on the dentist. Very unprofessional place. The only reason my son loves it here, is they have t.v's in every room for the children. But im sure there is other places that have t.v's in the rooms. 3rd/4th visit, So I have came back and there has been a power outage which quickly came back on. They do not take covid seriously. There is barely any cleaning between patients, and they over book. So the waiting room, and "xray" room is crowded.

::I am by far a very difficult patient to work with. I get extremely nervous and scared at the dentist office but when you have an informative painless, patience, nice and kind, caring, listening dentist like Dr. Die, you leave feeling very well taken care of and looking good. Thank you Dr. Die for loving your patients the way you do. I'm going to recommend you to everyone. You are so much appreciated!!! Lluvia, thank you for being such a great employee and making sure you remind us of our appointments so sweetly and for calming me down before seeing the dentist. You always have something kind to say with a smile. Thank you!!!

::Only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars is because I called in to see if it was ok to go in earlier than my appointment which was at 3 they said yes so I showed up at 2:30 and was not seen until 3:30... Waste of my time... But the staff is super friendly and the dentist was AWESOME!! She walked my son and me through what she was doing... Highly recommend!!

::Super clean waiting room. Comfy chairs to sit in. Kids area to kill time while you wait. To top it off a female dentist I high five that. This is my first visit everyone is friendly and informative of the work that needs to be done. Today was my litke one visiit i made my visit for next week.
