  They install the cheapest quality equipment knowing it's going to beak down and bill you for maintenance only what breaks isn't covered. CROOKS!!!!

  Buyer beware. I am an absentee owner and on a two family building in Brooklyn New York. I scheduled Heatspan to come out for a normal cleaning. They informed me that my boiler was completely carbonized along with the chimney being completely carbonized. The quote was for $11,000. I proceeded to get into Brooklyn so I can get some other quotes and the two other quotes I received was that the boiler is not completely carbonize it can just be cleaned and neither was the chimney. So buyer beware scam artists

  I've been using Heatspan for the cleaning and service of my boiler for years. When the boiler gave out about 4 years ago, Heatspan installed a new one for me. I now have a service contract with them. The new boiler has worked fine, and the price was competitive. What I like best about Heatspan is that they show up! If you have an appointment, they come on time. If you have a problem, they come the same day--even if it's a Sunday. The monthly fee for the contract is very reasonable, and it includes cleaning, turn on, and shut off service. The people are pleasant, and they do a great job.
