  I just passed through the area since I had to jump on a conference call and didn't want to drive on the interstate while texting and talking. I parked close to the heart mobile village and was there around 30 minutes. I noticed the area seemed quiet with not too much traffic. It was actually a great location and was close to Kansas City downtown.

  Owners are great, the place is safe and the people are friendly. They also have small houses for rent now as well.
