::Usually very willing to accommodate order changes. If you have a food allergy or special dietary requirements just ask them and I am absolutely certain they can take care of you. They have been more than willing to modify food items for me multiple times in the past. Once I even brought in my own toppings and asked them to make a pizza out of it. (They did, it was great.) Staff is super friendly and the food is good, though I do wish they still had their old style of nachos!

::First of all, the staff goes above and beyond for their customers. The food is fantastic and their daily specials are delicious every time!!

::I do not recommend at this time. I work near this café and visit 2 or more times a week for breakfast (bacon, oatmeal, bagel) and/or lunch (soup, salad, pizza, turkey burger). The menu is spectacular, food is good and prices are decent, but the customer service subpar and today I was able to see why.. leadership. I go to exchange an item I purchased the day before and they appear reluctant to do so. As I am explaining why directly to the manager, she begins making remarks to her subordinate and never once directly addressed me. "Well, she makes these daily so..," and walks off, again never looking at me or speaking to me. I directly ask her a question and she again ignores me and directs her answer to the cashier. This is not good customer service or care and a poor role model of putting the consumer first. You will no longer have my business nor will I conduct any future meetings with colleagues and associates here, and if asked my recommendation, it will be a firm no. This is not the first time a complaint has been given about the way this manager speaks (or does not speak) to both customers and employees. Management and employees should conduct customer service trainings, which includes how to engage and speak to those of different cultures. You never know you are serving or in the presence of.
