  My spouse went in last Friday for a work injury. Staff was unprofessional towards my spouses injury. He went in with a smashed thumb and he mentioned that everyone kept coming up to him as his injury was a show and tell. Not cool not professional at all. He did appreciate the nurse who helped make sure he didn’t leave the office with a bloody hand so thank you for your help. Hopefully the MA’s can get themselves in order and have common respect in the medical field.

  The physical therapy room is clean and they clean everything after each person touches it including areas people lay on. Byron (not sure if that is the correct spelling) the therapist is amazing. Not only does he explain the exercises, he demonstrates how to do them. I have never been to a physical therapy facility that actually cares.

  Normally, I have a very good experience at this office. However, my visit on the sixth of February left me a little discontent. I feel like my doctor got frustrated with me because my progress has backslid a little. And this is the first time I’ve walked away with a not great feeling. Also, I feel like the mixup in my prescription was deliberate. As of yet I still haven’t got it. I am being told that it needs a doctors approval but it was supposed to be approved on the sixth when I went in.

  Sheila is a great therapist! She’s very knowledgeable, kind, and caring. I look forward to scheduling appointments to be treated by her but unfortunately, they rotate their staff to work on you. That’s the part that I personally don’t like. I’m hoping to continue to be seen and treated by her to get my physical problem fixed.

  All around bad. The front desk staff is unprofessional and clueless. The health care workers are rude and unhelpful. The person who administered my shot was inexperienced and hurt my arm in the process. When I mentioned to our HR coordinator my experience they reported they get frequent complaints of the treatment by staff here. Avoid this place if you can.
