  Doctor was given exact address for my pharmacy and still managed to send my prescription to 3 different pharmacies in 2 different states. They themselves never managed to get it straight, the pharmacist had to do it. Would give a negative star rating if possible

  If I could give zero stars I would, multiple times I have scheduled an appointment and showed up 30 mins early to be told my appointment was hours ago. Mind you we don't get reminder calls or anything to help with that remember the days or times, but when I show up to the appointment I know I'm suppose to be at and told it was at 12 I know they were wrong. When asked to speak to some about the issue, of course no one is there to deal with the issues.

  The only reason why I'm giving 2* is because the people are generally nice. Why even bother making an appointment? I was coerced into making an appointment for 11 because I need my birth control to script to be reapproved and I have been waiting room purgatory for over FORTY MINUTES. On a Saturday. I don't understand why you'd even have appointments available if you're going to make people wait the same length of time as a walk in.

  I always have great experiences with HealthPoint in Covington. Normally I have an appointment but due to a dental issue needing immediate attention, I opted for a walk in today. To my surprise, I was very quickly called back and had x-rays taken. Doctor Phillabaum came by and explained what would be necessary and, despite it being late in the day, happily squeezed me in and got me completely taken care of! Maya assisted and was awesome throughout! I just wanted to say that the team at HealthPoint Covington is really spectacular and give a special shout-out to Dental Assistant Maya and Doctor Phillabaum.

  Horrible physicians and staff, Do not care about the health of their patients. Never going again and will tell everyone I know not to go to Healthpoint.
