::Excellent service. Specially Mr. Jose Brito is very helpful & professional. I’m very satisfied with their service. You may have to wait little longer if there are big line but the associates know their job very well.

::The service at this location is horrible. Shamefully I went on Saturday because a representative over the phone said they were open until 5:30 and when I got there they said that I had to be there before 1pm. Then a representative there said he would get someone to help me and he went and got a,sales rep and started to talk in Spanish about me not know ini speak Spanish and they were obnoxious!

::The most horrible experience in this location. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude when we approached her and while we waited to get called my husband asked if he could use the restroom which was out of reach for the customers she denied him access. we ended up walking out because we felt intimidated to even ask questions. The worst part was when we overheard one of the representatives tell a customer that she didn't know if she could help her because it may intervene with her lunch break. They know you need them so they take advantage of it.

::I am very disappointed with Healthfirst. We have Platinum Leaf plan witch is rather expensive, however I came to conclusion thad good doctors do not want to accept this plan. THe Platinum Leaf appeared to be nothing more than a "Fig leaf" so far. At least when it comes to dental help. I called several doctors listed in the Healthfirst database and no-one accept it. No doctor with good reviews want to do with Healthfirst. Looks like all we can get is some trashy unreliable place with bad practices. So the database is false or out of date. So I would not really say that they have dental insurance. More like an illusion of it. But because we are paying about 1300 a month we cannot pay out of pocket to the dentist of our choice. We have no money left. So I feel like we got trapped. Also we still need a referral to see a specialist. Very inconvenient and time consuming. Even to see an eye specialist. The Healthfirst website has bugs and is unreliable. It was impossible to pay online and to change the password. I assume that the problem is not only in this particular insurance company, but in Obamacare itself. It's only good for unemployed and probably seniors but not for working people like my husband who is paying a full price and cannot even get his tooth to be extracted. One place that accept the insurance canceled an appointment twice because of some equipment malfunctions. So two times my husband had to take a leave from work and all for nothing. The other possible place is booked up to september so it's about a month and a half to wait. I don't thin I can recommend this plan to anyone. The problem is that we do not have much choice in our area.
