::Waited for over an hour to get seen. The staff is lazy and have attitudes. Likely to never come here again

::The front staff was pleasant and so was my nurse and Dr Yee. Dr Yee made me laugh he’s very personable.

::Hopefully you aren’t actually sick or anything because coming here will be worse than going to the ER. They have no problem taking your co-pay the second you walk in but when they finally bring you back to a exam room after waiting 20 minutes in an empty waiting room, plan on waiting at least another 30 minutes for a doctor to come in and even see you. Don’t waste your time. Go to the ER and save yourself from paying 2 co-pays.

::Waited over an hour to be seen by doctor with no one in waiting room then had to wait another hour for X-ray. Nurse was incredibly nice, X-ray tech was incredibly nice but severely backed up. Wanted to walk out several times because no one came to check on me or appogize for wait. I get the wait but have decency to keep me informed.

::When my two year old cut his foot and needed stitches I was in panic mommy mode and the front desk staff and the nurses were wonderful and so helpful and tried to be good with a hysterical two year old. The doctor was cool, calm, and competent, despite his difficult patient. He does earn them a 4 star review instead of a 5 because he could have been a bit more friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone. We were taken in within fifteen minutes of walking in the door and out within an hour and a half.
