  I am not sure of the previous person who posted is referring to the older lady who works the front but I am. The level of privacy that is used by her is basically nonexistent. I observed her asking a parent what their child was there for/which clinic. It was none of our business why the lady was there. Maybe I am mistaken, but I have always been under the impression that a doctors office uses discretion, but maybe I am incorrect. Corrective action needs to be taken asap.....

  The services are well rounded but the receptionist/operator needs listening skills. Her job is to receive and filter calls. This is very difficult task if there is a lack of listening skills. Because the reason of my call is not heard, I quickly become interrogated. I truly am in need of service coordination for my son, but having to go through this method of triage is brutal. I sincerely hope this issue can be addressed. The rating merely is because of the manner that I am addressed when calling. The CMS services are undeniably high quality.
