  Wonderful place. This was my 3rd time seeing Dr. Renner. She is always helpful and informative and her friendly manner puts you instantly at ease. Her technician was also very professional, friendly and competent. Would totally recommend this place

  Dr Renner was great, she is very attentive to the patients needs. She listened to and answered all questions I had. I will definitely be going back for all vision needs. The staff was really good my wait wasn’t long at all.

  I waited almost an hour before my eye exam started. However, the actual appointment was fine and staff was very friendly. I had been going to a different lenscrafter location for several years, but it was a little inconvenient that they couldn't' get my most recent information from that location. It wasn't a big deal in the end. This location also was able to give me my correct prescription for lenses as one eye was slighter weaker then the other. This has made a big difference.

  The staff was courteous and responsive to my needs. I was taken in a timely manner and the diagnostic evaluation appeared to be thorough. I particularly liked the woman who helped me select a frame for my new reading glasses. We had a very pleasant chat.
