  My grandmother's aides are from this company and they are absolutely incompetent. And I don't even blame them, they get absolutely no training and support from the corporate office. No protocols for communication and best practices, for two days they failed to give my grandma her antibiotics blaming a "miscommunication". I wish I knew of a more competent agency.
