::The buyers for this store have struck the perfect balance between New York chic and New Orleans elegance. Subtle regal designs in gift items reflect Mardi Gras heritage in a way that somehow makes the whole celebration seem classy. It is not, but the store is. Tom C and his partner, Bryan Batt, serve all it up to Uptown ladies and movie stars. Store's generally full because for a small space, there's lots to see. Most of it will put a smile on your face.
