  The work done here is impeccable. That being said I find Gary to be misleading and overpriced. I bought a watch in for an estimate for a repair, an estimate! A few days later I get a call telling me that I need to come in and bring a deposit in for the repair. you don't do that. I find this to be rather deceiving, I'm a contractor as well and unless I have a written agreement after accepting a bid/estimate after I've given the estimate I don't demand money form my clients. I'll never use this business' services again.

  Dealing with Gary on a necklace repair was extremely smooth and he was very professional throughout the entire process. I felt very comfortable going here and will return for any future repairs.

  Had an excellent experience and would recommend this store to someone who is looking for unusual items.The prices where good and superb service.The owner Garry was very helpful with selection. I definitely would buy from this store again.
