  They are liars..they do not stay open until midnight and the service sucks..I was desperate and needed my nails done last minute and got there at 11 pm and they were closed completely as if they had been closed..false advertisement..I drove from rowlett here..complete waste of time..the phone number doesnt even work

  They need to be clean..thats all i gotta say. I dislike how they don't disinfect every tool..also the place had bad odor. Please keep up with your place & tools yous use on us. Thank you

  The only reason I'm giving them a 1 stars because I have to I would give them 0 Stars if I could. Went to the location they did a good job on my nails but they tried to scam me out of gratuity on my debit card I provided a cssh tip but they decided to run my debit card and add gratuity on their own. It took me about two weeks to clear everything up with my bank to get it all disputed so if you use your debit card please make sure you check your statement because these people are scammers and will try to take extra money and cheats you.

  People, run from this disgusting place. The service is horrible, it is very dirty, extremely unprofessional, unreliable and the work is the worst I have ever seen. I had a dinner party Friday night so made and appointment on Thursday afternoon for frida y morning. They made the appointment but there was no one there to do My manicure. The only woman working told me I was not her problem and that she didn't care that I had an appointment. She was sitting there doing nothing and I talked her into giving me a manicure. She gave me a gel manicure which should last at least 3 weeks. Two nails peeled off within hours of the manicure. It was ridiculous. I called the owner Tina a couple days later to tell her I want a refund and she refused. That's insane. And she was very hostile and rude to boot. There are so many good places to go so don't be fooled by the lower prices. They are not worth it at all. There are other inexpensive places to go to.
