::Called cab said guy would be here in 20mins ,never seen him show up so I called back letting the guy know the cab didn’t show and he told me that’s he was there and that he apologizes bc he tried to get in touch but couldn’t find my number. And that the cab would be here in 10 mins waited 10mins called back and he tells me the cab driver is in the area he will be there in 7 mins I wait 7mins call Back and dispatch puts Me on a 3 way with driver and he tells me that he pick up someone else he dropping them off and he will be to my pick spot in 15mins currently still waiting ... worst cab company , I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

::I googled for taxi in Hauppauge because I wanted to support a local company and I could not believe how terrible it was. The car was old and run down, disgustingly filthy inside and the seat belts were not usable. The driver was looking at his phone while driving, and the breaks squealed every time he stepped on the pedal. I would never use this taxi service again and advise anyone who reads this to stay away.

::WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER, DO NOT GIVE THEN YOUR MONEY Receptionist/phone guy who answers the call for your location and destination info is incredibly rude. I have given this taxi service a chance for over a year and a half now, yet whoever he is, is always disrespectful not matter how polite you are and I would not be surprised if he had anger issues. Maybe the drivers are alright. However, the phone guy is ruining business for them and i always have to call another company instead. I feel bad for the drivers deserving of their job. I hope this guy gets fired

::The guy said the cab would be here in 15 to 20 minutes. I called back 25 minutes later to see how much longer it would be, because it is cold and raining outside. Plus I was getting tired of standing (I'm 9 months pregnant). The guy said it would be 10 more minutes/ I called 10 minutes ago! When I let him know I called over 20 mins ago, he rudely said he couldn't take it and hung up. I called from my cell phone I can see exactly what time I called! And I had also just paid a ticket at court, so I checked the time on there to make sure my phone wasn't acting up. Their customer service is garbage.
