::Nice patio. Good mushrooms. But the clientele was suspect.

::Loved it. We came in on a Sunday looking for some brunch before flying back home (our hotel was nearby) and this was a great decision. We were the only ones in the place for most of the meal, but all the staff was friendly and we meet the executive chef. The grilled cheese & bacon bloody Mary was really good. The shrimp and grits amazing. I'd recommend this place for food in a heartbeat.

::Since The Elbow Room closed, there hasn't been a place to hang for drinks and brunch until now. The Harwood Tavern picks up where The Elbow Room left off! Brooke, my new favorite Bartender, made me a drink that wet my whistle and all I had to say was "surprise me!" The atmosphere is chill and even though it's Winter, the fickle Texas weather allows you to enjoy the patio. The decor is modern yet cozy. Lots of screens to watch your favorite team. You can see the kitchen and watch the yummy food come out! The only draw back is the parking. I recommend taking a ride-share car or taxi. That way you avoid possibly getting towed and you can eat and drink until you pop!

::The menu was very well put together, oh and the prime rib poutine was nothing short of amazing along with my next favorite of the shrimp & grits and I had to top it off with Brie Pancakes ππΎππΎππΎ. ::New place just opened few weeks ago. Friendly staff . Good food.fast service. And nice chill vibe and atmosphere. I love the tree when it's lit at night. It looks amazing outside. It makes the place stand out. The food is good . The chef is great and willing to work with us if there is something special ur interested in . Or a special occasion. The only thing I have to say that is little negative is the location . It's a new renovated area if downtown Dallas and close to a homeless shelter. So the few people u run into at night usually ask for change . But for the most part it's a safe area of downtown that's being renovated . I highly recommend this place . Great cocktails after dark.
