::I moved to NYC, so I have to look for a new dentist and hygienist. Hopefully, I can find a good dental office like this one. I had a fantastic hygienist who really care about my teeth. I was inspired to do a better job and floss daily. My teeth felt clean after her hard work. She’s good with the scaler(?). The doctor took the time to explain things to me. I was never given a hard time about my teeth not being straight. I didn’t have braces growing up. The office looks nice and felt comfortable while I waited. What more can I say? Just try an appointment.

::Dr. Foley did an implant on my second to front tooth. That was about 8 years ago and the implant is still holding strong and looks great. I give them an A+ for their restorative work.

::Been going here before it was Harvard St Dental. When it changed hands from the previous owner, Erin something, I was initially quite skeptical. Especially when Dr Foley hit me with the news that "all of a sudden it seemed" I had chronic gun recession with big price tag to fix. But i stuck it out, got a second opinion and he was proved right. What i should really have been questioning was the previous dentist. I have been coming to Dr Foley ever since. The dentistry is always improving, he is very amenable and easy to chat to about options. He is very conscientious as well. Even without prompting he and his staff will make changes on costs and experience when they see something could be better or improved. All the staff are very kind and friendly as well as talented and skilled. I would highly recommend this practice for you dental needs.

::I received a bill from my insurance because the receptionist submitted the wrong claim code. I called to clarify and was very curtly told that everything was submitted correctly. I called my insurance and they informed me that this was incorrect. I called the office back the next day and was told that they had already corrected this incorrect submission, seemingly without any plan to notify me or apologize for the hassle. Lack of transparency and accountability.

::Used to be scared of dentist but I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Foley and staff. My teeth are terrible and I’ve had a lot of work done and they’ve never made me feel bad, just tried to educate me. I’ve recommended Harvard Street Dental to everybody I know who’s asked for a local dentist.
