Dr Stimmel and his whole office is amazing! He himself is always so friendly, kind, and great with the kids. His staff goes way above and beyond and are just as great as he is!

Dr. Stimmel and his staff are the best. My kids use to be afraid and now they actually look forward to going to the dentist. We've been going to Dr. Stimmel for 3yrs now, can't imagine taking my kids anywhere else.

After many years of being a customer of Dr. Stimmel (I was a patient and now my children), it is time to find another dentist. I am not sure what has happened to his compassion and his office staff for the patient. As a single parent, there are times when I can't take off work to take my kids for their simple cleaning and usually had my mother take them. The office now only allows the parent to take the child for the cleaning. According to the office staff their attorney has advised them that only the parent should be taking the child to get the cleaning. However, for the more evasive procedures (tooth extraction, fillings, etc things that might require medication to be administered) it is ok for someone else to take the child. I usually had my mother take my kids for their cleaning, this way if a procedure needed to be done I could take them to those appointments because of the risks that could be involved with medications. Just like with all good things, it comes to an end. It saddens me to see the customer service decline. But there are a lot of good dentists out there.
