::The floral department is awful. My husband bought several bouquets from there, and everytime I've taken off the plastic wrapping, the flowers are already dead abd disgusting. The latest disaster was Mother's Day. The flowers smelled rotten, leaves had started decomposing, there were brown spots all over several of the blooms. Of course, none of this could be seen before purchasing.

::The bakery staff is very rude. I was placed on hold, the staff never came back to the phone. I was unable to order the cake.

::Good quality. Maybe more expensive than Safeway, or Giant .

::This place is super convenient for me, so I still frequent. But honestly, I'm probably going to Trader Joe's as soon as they open. The produce is extremely hit or miss, and you basically have to learn a shifting schedule to determine when you'll actually get good produce, if any at all. Don't bother getting used to seeing something you like because as soon as you buy it regularly, they'll take it away. I'm officially on 5 products. The beer selection is good, and I often find something decent and/or new. The staff are always courteous and friendly; they remember faces and genuinely enjoy the often short conversation had at the checkout. The salad bar is nothing but fresh, and the artisanal bread is worth a quick peruse. I wish I could give more stars, but honestly there's just no way to justify that, IMHO.
