  I love Harmony Pilates. I went on the unending rave reviews of a friend who was a long time client. I have a disc replacement in my neck and some shoulder issues and pins in my ankle - but I still want to be fit. I’d had serious issues every time I trained with another personal trainer. Yoga also gave me problems with my neck. I called and Mary (the owner) answered. I told her I had some issues I wanted private training for that reason and she suggested I train with her to start. That was October. I go twice a week in addition to trail running. Mary knows what she’s doing. I’m never bored. I’ve been very tired and sore but nothing has ever been painful. I’m in the best shape of my life- so much stronger! I’ve also trained with two of her other trainers) they were slightly more tentative (likely because they weren’t as familiar with my fitness level) but didn’t injure me and I still got a good workout. I love Pilates but I also think Mary is just particularly awesome and exceptionally knowledgeable.
