  I am not entirely sure where to start this review, the overall experience was outstanding. BUT from the second I walked in and I was greeted I became confused, I was thinking "do I know all these people?" Turns out I didn't know them at all but I do now, they treat you like blood and family the second you walk in those doors. A lot of places push you to buy certain things, not here. They want you the most comfortable and the most safe as possible. And obviously looking real good. Danielle was the clothing sales rep that helped me the most, let me tell you, I do not like shopping AT ALL but she made it fun, smooth, and swift. Now it was onto bikes, again the same attitude, it's like family. Justin and Ralph helped me with the bike selection, they asked me a few questions and immediately knew my style. Every bike I sat on felt and looked amazing. I'll just put it this way, I LOVE my brand new bike. Over my time there, I ran into Phil as well (and his sister and Mom), with all these interactions, I can no longer tell who I actually know or not. I can only say one word on how they treat you down there: "Family".

  Horrible experience, over priced . I was gonna purchase a new bike, and was given the runaround. I was made felt like i was unworthy of a new Harley Davidson . If your credit is not 800 and better sales people dont want to help very pushy and indifferent. Much better Harley dealerships out there , that are more welcoming with out all the bell's and whistles this place has . I would trade all the fancy things about this place for a much better experience.

  Good evening friends want to share how special Bergen Harley Davidson at Rochelle Park is to my personal experience with the brand the staff is wonderful Gene in the service department is always available to help with modifications Andy, TJ and Mickie take care of the parts the sales team is Ralph, Lisa L. and don’t forget the motor clothes department Jessica and Sonia always provide the latest wear gear and Jessica sends me pics of all the new items available. Jessica thanks for always keeping me posted on the new gear. Always a Great team A+++👍

  Bergen County Harley has a very friendly and very helpful staff. They treated me like a king. The sales staff answered all my questions when purchasing a new motorcycle. Also great parts and service department. Everyone there were patient, and happy to help with any questions I had. They treat their customers like family. I would highly recommend them for all your Harley Davidson needs.

  My family and I wanted to share what a great buying experience we had with our saleswoman Lisa. After about a month of looking and comparing numbers we finally bought from Bergen Harley. Lisa allowed me to test drive any bike I wanted and was never pushy but just wanted to get me on the bike that fit me not just sell me a bike to make a sale which was very genuine . My daughter Ceallaigh and my wife are very fond of her because she is always in a great mood and welcomes you with a hug which really tells me she cares about her customer's. With that being said even after the sale I can contact her at any hour and ask a question and she will get right back to me, now that's a salesperson. Lisa my family and I appreciate everything you have done for us and we are now Bergen Harley buyers for life. My next bike will definitely be from Lisa, wish there was more like her. The entire staff at Bergen Harley were excellent, very personable and willing to help. I highly recommend this dealership to family and friends interested in buying a Harley Davidson from a very customer friendly dealership that treats you like family.
