  The wings came out piping hot, I seriously burned my fingertips and the inside of my upper mouth. The fries also came out freezer burnt. However lovely spot, decor and ambience. I would go back, I'll just have the henny drink.

  I really enjoyed the scene at this location. Security was pleasant with no attitude. Place was clean with a touch of style to set the scene. Crowd was nice and dress appropriately with a variety of people. Staff was good, however some host/hostesses seemed a little tense when they were held up by hooka orders. Drinks were great (NOT WATERED DOWN!). I would recommend this location to others. #returningcustomer

  From the minute I walked in, they sat me by the kitchen door which I hate. Then they moved me to other table which was not meant for 2 people to fit. Then I said, I had other guest coming, it would be 3 of us in total could we get other table for 3. She told me the host at the front that I had to go back outside and wait until the 3rd person arrived. This all happened this coming Saturday that past 4/28/2018, it was not just raining outside it was pouring. So I was expected to wait in the pouring rain just to have a seat. I have been here before, I enjoyed myself. But this experience this time was not so good. This all rubbed me the wrong way, I didn't even get a drink or food yet. So I didn't want to complain cause I wanted to have the whole experience first. So the drinks were great, the food was amazing. The Hookah was amazing as well totally amazing over all. But I would say the host and having people wait outside in the rain is a complete turn off. If I had to wait outside in the rain I would've left literally that's not how you treat people. I would say okay if the place was busy or didn't have any tables that we could've sat at. But there was about 5 to 6 tables empty. Love that this black own, we should support.

  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!! I went to this place for my best friend birthday and the customer service i received was just disgusting. Now understanding it’s a hookah bar it wasn’t my choice it was the birthday girl choice. The birthday girl and one other person wanted a hookah. However, it was 5 of us. So they told us that because it was 5 of us we had to get two hookah. I didn’t understand this rule if only two people was smoking the hookah. Now once the server told us about the rule. We asked for the manager, this young lady came to the table and we explained our situation she was very understanding and told the waiter to just give it to them. I guess they felt as though we was going to sneak some of the hookah which is very childish. The money was never the issue however the waiter didn’t like that the manager okay it. He consistently kept talking to all the other staff members about it. About 10 minuets later another lady approached us and said that they couldn’t have the hookah because it was 5 of us but as we explained to her only two people was smoking it. I asked what was her position she said she was the manager. For her to be a manager and get nasty with us with three missing teeth in her mouth was just very disgusting and unprofessional. She did all the neck popping, eye rolling, slick remarks when all we are trying to do is have a good time. The food was TRASHED & greasy . I was so upset my best friend birthday turned out like that. Then they had the NERVE to add gratuity to our bill (26.87) like are you serious. It was the worst experience EVER !!! Now the drinks was good I got tispy and left. My advice is work on the customer service skills.

  Real nice spot. Making reservations are kind of pointless because they just checked my id and told me to have a see didn't even acknowledge me showing them my reservation. The wait staff were really nice as well as the guys who bring out the hookah and refresh the coals.
