  Beware of this company. Every home they visit will most likely come back with a termite issue. This how they make their money. Treating homes regardless if termites are found ti be present or not. With our most recent experience with them, We had four separate termite inspections due to buyer financing issues, all of them came back free of termite with exception of this company.

  Technician failed to show for a scheduled inspection; waited almost two hours before receiving a call there was an issue.

  The very pleasant gentleman came and focussed on old termite damage that had clearly been repaired. There was no infestation, but he reported that treatment was needed for $375. I called Innovative Pest Management/Ward's and got a second opinion. It reported that there was no current infestation and no treatment was needed.
