  Famous chain of restaurants where famous people go. Although its famous take caution because this place offers slow service and not so good food. Went there on a Saturday took them 45 minutes to seat us, and serve us. The customer service was good and the waiter did an exceptional job, it is just very slow and the food is average

  I'm not from Dallas but I will tell you. I always recommend this place to anyone I know going there. I had a great experience. Of a matter of fact my mom will be going thru this week and I told her to make sure she stops by. Thanks

  I am not a big fan of Dallas at all. I love most of the people and I love a lot of the venues but I'm not a big fan of the city in general. I do love me some hard rock though. We always eat there every time we are in Dallas never fails. The only thing that would make me give the Hard Rock Cafe V Star is the Claymore heavy metal videos and less of stuff that's not too rock lol . Food is good everything's great and staff is very attentive

  Went for drinks before a concert. We sat at the bar. All of our drinks were heavily poured so they were so strong it was hard to enjoy them. We were not there to get trashed. Just relax and kill some time.

  The Service is the worst I've ever received in a Hard Rock. The supervisor MARIA and the Manager BEB had no idea what customer service is. We ended up going to DICKS and had a blast!!! The place was packed and they served us in a second! Food was great and the place is FUN!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Don't waste your time in Hard Rock, they don't care about customer experience .
