We stopped here while on vacation in Nashville and it was a great choice! The service was very friendly and very good! Both our waitress Shavera and the manager Molly were awesome! My husband and I split the ribs and it was a huge portion! They were falling off the bone and they were amazing! The prices are a little higher but they are this way at all of the Hard Rock Cafes. You expect that when you go there.

Good, quieter (not quiet, just quieter) place on a Sunday night to come with family when in Nashville. We came in around 9pm and the place was fairly empty, easily able to seat our group of eight. Our server Mark was excellent and is chiefly why I gave four stars. Really friendly and attentive. The food was what you would expect from any chain...you've eaten at one Hard Rock, you've eaten at them all. But the service from the host, Mark, and even the guy at the HR store were great.

We wait for 45 minutes to get a table then almost 30 minutes for the food. We saw many tables empty but is possible that they don't have enough employees to take care of the customers. The manager was helping everywhere, on Saturdays they should to consider to have enough people to offer better service to the customers. The local burger was amazing, the flavor on the fajitas was very plain.

Arrived about mid day and valet parking team was excellent. Came back late afternoon for drinks and dinner. Decided to do the roof top thing and was told there was about a 30 minute wait. We moved to the bar for drinks. Lisa, our bartender, was great. There was some delay/confusion with our group being able to go rooftop and when we were taken up, we were told they were about to close that section. Josh, our server, did his best to make a bad situation a better one. Thanks Josh. Drinks were good, food ok and service was excellent.

The Rooftop Bar was enjoyable. Live music was excellent and the atmosphere it was inspiring. There was a large group of us having drinks on the rooftop with a great View of Broadway. Service was adequate. I would certainly come here again.
