  (Backstory)In the process of buying a home I had to get a certified check. Lo and behold a month after I drop off the check, it got lost jeopardizing my sale. I take a shot in the dark and call the Harbor one Branch that I drew it from, I come in contact with Julija over the phone. She takes the information and calls me back five minutes later with a few more questions so she can come up with a solution. A few moments later, she lets me know that the check was not cashed and I should come in to the branch and initiate a stop payment on the check. We do the stop payment and issue a new check. And my purchase is still on schedule. Thank you
