  I got here at 8pm it’s 12:26am and I’m still waiting so much for calling this an emergency room. Staff is unprofessional everything looks dirty there’s food in between the arm rest of the tables there’s no social distancing. The lady doing the blood draws was on her phone on a phone call, she said something and I thought she was talking to me i said excuse me and she’s like oh no not you I’m on the phone, REALLY can’t believe it. This is seriously the worst hospital I’ve ever been to first and last time. Clearly doesn’t seem like they care for their patients definitely sticking to going to PIH

  My dad has been waiting outside to see a doctor since 2:00pm and it’s 10:30pm now. The ER chairs are filthy and look like they haven’t been cleaned i. Hard to take this hospital seriously. This will be the last time I take my father here.
