  I started shopping at Harbor Freight in 1990 online because there were no stores where I lived at the time in Connecticut. Then the stores started to open up and over the past roughly 30 years they now open one every 3 days it's my automatic go to for tools they have a lot of tools and that's what they primarily focus on prices are super cheap and you can always look for the 20% coupon online and when you get the catalog you'll get a 20% coupon every month good for just one item. The store is always clean well-organized the workers are friendly and most of the tools are good quality there are exceptions of course but you can also look at the reviews online on their website before you buy and they have a standard 90-day return policy. I buy all my commodity tools here common things like pry bars a socket set angle grinder bench grinder drill bits sandpaper for specialized tools I still go to Home Depot or other places and buy a name brand or when Harbor Freight doesn't offer a particular tool.

  I was in this lemon grove store today 2/21/18 at about 4 pm. I have about $150 in merchandise in my hand. I’m standing in line. And there is a kinda heavier Hispanic working the register right to the left as walking in. I’m very patient. Another Hispanic man just walked up to the register and this clerk just started helping him. I say “ is there not a line? I’ve been standing here for awhile!” She said oh I didn’t see you. Don’t know how as I was standing there for about 3 min. She said I’ll help you right after I finish with this guy. I was pissed. I just dropped my stuff and left. Now I’m parked right in front in the handicap spot. The guy was not handicapped to my knowledge. I may not always look handicapped but I have a very bad back. Standing there don’t feel so great on my back. I’m Sure the store won’t see this post and if the even do they won’t say nothing to the clerk most likely. But I want all to know how they made me feel. This store is in the business to make money selling merchandise. If she cost the store a $150 sale you would think something come of that. But I may not go back into this business after that. Beware and think twice before going to this store.

  Hard to beat these prices. You do have be knowledgeable about what you are buying. There is usually a video by multiple people on YouTube and other places. Some items are better than others. Coupons can be used for 30 days AFTER you purchase things too! If it is good enough for what you are doing you will not find it for less anywhere. Nearly everything comes with a 90 day warranty with 1 or 2 year extended service plans available no questions asked. Pricing depends on the cost of the item.

  The quality may not always be the greatest, but the price is hard to beat. I've always had excellent luck with basic tools like wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, and the like. I have a few power tools like an electric grinder and impact wrench, and they have yet to let me down. The staff here is always polite and helpful.
