  It's... okay. Steer clear of their power tools, there's a reason this chain earned the nickname Hazard Fraud. Deceptive marketing abound, cheaply made poor quality products mostly. But there are a few gems to be found. Buyer beware, DO YOUR RESEARCH.

  No more will I ever shop here I love the prices on the tools why spend a million dollars when you had the right to take your tools to return them for new ones. Sure they brake but with 3 stores near me open 7 days a week it’s the best option. Nope not any more I go to the West alias store to return my dvr but the manager said he can not anymore. That word makes me sick to my stomach when I’m a customer “anymore” so now I will use the same word now. I will not shop here anymore!

  Store is often messy, many associates don't even know what most of the stuff is, one of the girls up front is rude and very pushy on warranties when u don't want them... Management people are often rude and unpleasant... Love the products but this store is very poorly run

  Variety of cheap tools and mechanic supplies. Love to take awhile and browse just might find an odd item that I really needed!

  Imported. Guaranteed. Keep receipts. Watch your mail, look in magazines, Sunday papers... Or sign up. They have coupons for totally free gifts and percentage off coupons.
