  As usual the place is slow. I went to buy a small dolly and it didn't have a price. Of course there was no one to assist as usual. I like Harbor Freight, but this store could do better with customer service. The cashier experience is usually slow.

  The Supervisor along with everyone working there have excellent customer service. They are patient and respectful.

  Cheap price for tools. Unfortunately, some are cheaply made. The fact they give so many coupons for free products is great! You never know when you will need one of the free otems: tarps, 25 ft measuring tapes, small flashlights, head lamps, microfiber towels...etc etc. It's worth buying $1.49 paint brush to get a $5 free item!! Wooden dolly anyone?

  The store is organized but it is often hard to get assistance with locating items and the lines are ALWAYS long and slow. Prices are ok.

  Best prices for decent tools and things you need... I've even used some of their tools as professional mechanic for years now and they haven't let me down. So for the price you can't go wrong. Get the membership... It pays itself off with the discounts you get.
