::CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS, MEDICAL PATIENTS. THEY CHARGE MED PATIENTS STATE TAX THEY’RE EXEMPT FROM. The managers are completely incompetent and unhelpful. They do not replace faulty cartridges, unlike every other clinic in CA, who understands cartridges can be flawed.

::Really great place to go to. I like their selections and am impressed with how these businesses have sprouted in different states. This location has a parking off to the side of the building. Their great customer service starts at the door, their security guard means business but he's friendly as can be. The interior is relaxed, nice waiting area to watch TV until your number is called. They usually play some funny stand up comedy that makes the time fly by in a heart beat. You can already smell the flowers from the waiting room. The interior where the budtenders are located is fairly open. You're able to get a good look at the hundreds of amazing products they have on the wall and in the shelves. From nuggets you can select from to concentrates on the far right wall and edibles to your left. The budtenders provided great customer service and they really know their stuff. Ask any questions and they'll have an answer for you. It's ok to feel new if it's your first time. They're very helpful I thought.

::Wish I could give them 0 stars. Sold me a cartridge that didn’t work with my battery. Upon trying to come back to get a working cartridge they were rude and their security guard went so far as to call me a “boomerang” customer. They refused to do anything about the situation talking bout “All sales are final”. First of all, you’re a business have some level of professionalism. As a first time customer there should have been some communication as to the different cartridges and which fit different batteries. As a previous medical cannabis patient whenever my cartridge didn’t work my dispensary would HAPPILY replace it. Told these clowns they could keep the cartridge and left. Spend your money elsewhere people. There are too many hardworking respectable establishments that deserve your business more than they do. Hope you guys get shown down! :)
