::I am so pleased with the service that I was given when I went for my appointment. There was this one young lady in particular sitting in the front desk who looked around the age of 20 that was so sweet and kind hearted. The Doctor was also very friendly, nice and gentle while taking care of me. Everyone who works there is respectful. I highly recommend this dentist office for those in need.

::I called yesterday to make an appointment for my husband, the receptionist was very rude, it seemed that She is a bitter person, by the tone of her voice she has to be older than 50 years. She refused to make the appointment because, according to her, my husband's name was not on "her HMO list". How his name would appear on "her HMO list" if I had assigned my dental plan to this dentist 5 minutes ago, apparently as per my dental plan he/she is good (I have not seen him/her yet and I do not know how he/she works) The first impression counts!! That receptionist is very rude and unprofessional!!

::great dentist but bad receptionists, old lady with tattoos had no patience whatsoever, very rude, talked to my mother and I like we were dumb and also the lack of spanish speakers needs to be fixed!!

::Dr. Motola is one of the best Dentists that I have ever been to. I never wait in his office and for an emergency visit they get you right in. Last night they stayed an hour late. His dental hygienist was compassionate and a great relief during my procedure. I could not be happier with the hassle free financing that they offered and the wonderful treatment that i received while I was scared and in pain! Everyone should be so lucky to have such a wonderful dental practice!
