  The food is wonderful. Excellent. The management and the employees are what brings this particular Happy's Pizza down. It's one excuse or another. One time I ordered a burger a certain way and I got it and it was wrong. Upon calling the store the manager had told me that his printer ran out of ink so I couldn't print my order... Okay so fix my burger because that is your bad. The drivers will tell you what they want is a tip and or not bring any change. I always tip my drivers but why my drivers don't have change that is one of the most rudest things, to tell someone what they're going to do with their money. You can't add on sodas or anything additional once you place your order online because the manager states that he doesn't want to back his driver up... Maybe you, as a manager, should Ensure that your drivers leave with the correct items knowing the correct total. It's not like Domino's where you have a Tracker and everything has to be on point, it's really not rocket science. Another downfall of this Happy's Pizza would be the fact that they offer a $5 hot and ready pizza but it's literally never hot or ready. It's more of a 20-minute wait. Overall the food is great and cheap for the taste but if customer service is a pet peeve of yours after a few orders you might not order Happy's anymore.

  Had to wait 45 minutes just for a burger. After eating it, it was worth the wait. Will be going back, but will call in order in advance.

  Order was great except burnt $6 cheese bread (which was refunded) and managers attitude was crappy. Please stop sending people food that looks like this. Coincidentally, I used a promo code I had to order this. My sister loved the wings which came fresh so she also used a promotion to order from here the following day. Guess what? Wings came burnt to a crisp. I'll attach picture shortly. You guys have to stop doing this to people. It is not correct. Look at your reviews. Shameful esp bc this is over 6 months of many ppl saying same thing. There's mistakes and there's I don't care. When you burn food yes you lose money, but when you try to sell that to your customer ? It tells us alot about you and the kind of people you are. NOT who I want preparing my food.

  I just have to say food was great however the delivery was major BS they forgot half the order said he would be back with it and never came back an hour later we see a different delivery guy from them and ask about order he knew nothing about it so we called to have money refunded to our card and was told they would try and that they would not give the tip to driver
